There was so much news in Las Vegas last week that I really don’t know where to start. There weren’t any bombshells but there was a lot of interesting tidbits. I’ll try to keep the analysis somewhat brief so I can get to most of the news.

Borgata Rewards to MGM Mlife – Transition Day Getting to Work – Video Poker and Mlife at Borgata, CoachKitty gives some data-points on the first day of operation as an Mlife casino.
Caesars Entertainment, the nationwide casino chain just announced their new hotel partner. Wyndham Rewards, one of the largest hotel chains in the world, will soon become a part of Total Rewards’ TR Alliance.

What is Planned for SLS Las Vegas? After just over three years of operations, SLS Las Vegas was sold last week. The casino resort that was built on the bones of the Sahara was sold by Stockbridge Real Estate to the Meruelo Group for an undisclosed amount.
