While the upcoming changes, effective 02/01/18, to the Caesars Total Rewards program, is a massive slash in benefits, some of the changes certainly make sense from their perspective. I try to play devil’s advocate and understand the business purpose for these decisions. Some I get, while others baffle me when I try to view them through the bean counter’s eyes.

It was difficult to figure out the Mlife Earn Rates because the computer system is not tallying all the numbers correctly in everyone’s account and I could not confirm the earn rates that they gave me verbally, even though they were updating my account to these values.

The massive big blue casino-resort on the north end of the Vegas Strip just received a permanent name – The Drew Vegas. This is now the third name for the massive blue glass building. The structure was built with the intention of being the Las Vegas version of Fontainebleau.
