Yes, the show Absinthe is open. Absinthe performs Wednesday – Sunday (7:00PM and 9:00PM) at The Spiegeltent at Caesars Palace’s Roman Plaza. It currently has reduced seating capacity for only 150 people with cabaret tables placed 6 feet apart
