Let’s Get Ready For ZorkFest 2025!

ZorkFest 2025 takes place on Friday, December 5, through Sunday, December 7, at the M Resort. Are you ready?!

If so, you can reserve ZorkFest tickets here.

This is TravelZork’s annual gathering to discuss travel and casino loyalty. There will be more sessions from experts in the field than ever this year.

Additionally, there will be gambling sessions, chances to mingle, and this year’s Podcasters After Dark will be in the memory of everyone’s friend, Mark Wojtowicz of the 360Vegas Podcast

Attendees who are looking for more can pay to add more intimate sessions on loyalty, gambling, and even an epic foodie experience.

I often say that the community is what makes TravelZork and ZorkFest special. Chances are good that you’ll learn and share tips with other attendees between sessions, at cocktail parties, or in the casino.

I’ve taken something home from others in attendance at ZorkFest every year and I expect that will continue. Between the expert presenters and experienced attendees, there’s a lot of takeaway from the ZorkFest travel and casino loyalty summit.

This year, ZorkFest is taking place on Las Vegas Blvd., but a few miles south of the “Vegas Strip” at M Resort. This off-strip property is one of the few legitimately upscale resorts away from the main tourist corridor.

ZorkFest will be one of the first conferences at the property after opening its new hotel tower and conference space. The previously existing casino floor just debuted a new look. I live on the other side of town and will be making my first visit this year to check out the changes.

Let’s take a look at what attendees can expect at ZorkFest this year.

Casino, Travel, and Gambling Sessions

Registration for ZorkFest starts earlier than in previous years. Things get rolling at noon on Friday, Dec. 5, at M Resort.

The conference kicks off at 1 p.m. with a short travel loyalty session. That’s followed by a casino loyalty session at 2 p.m.

The first full session is a Miles & Points Lab that is sponsored by Roame and Casino Labs at 3 p.m.

Saturday will have a full program of sessions with experts from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Those looking to add to their education can do so by paying for extra sessions on Sunday.

The Gaming Experience starts at 9 a.m. with two private craps tables and continues at 11 a.m. with a private baccarat table. A separate ticket and minimum buy-in are required for both.

Those who prefer to stick with loyalty can add the Loyalty Metrics and Optimization Master Class to their itinerary. This takes place from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

In the afternoon, those interested in learning more about gambling and casino loyalty can take the Casino Comp Maximization and Video Poker session from noon to 3 p.m.

Those more concerned with non-gaming loyalty can sign up for the Creative Spend 101 session at the same time.

More Experiences at ZorkFest

As I mentioned earlier, education is a crucial aspect of ZorkFest. The experts can teach, but the attendees will share their personal experiences.

There are plenty of opportunities to mix and mingle with others without rushing to finish a conversation before or between sessions.

Friday at 5 p.m., there’s a Cocktail Reception and Meet & Greet. This is a great chance to meet one another before diving too deep into the conference.

At 8 p.m., gamblers can hit the casino floor and roll the bones with a $15 craps game reserved for CrapsVegas. This is optional – don’t feel pressure to play. If you’re not familiar with playing craps, this is a good chance to watch and learn from fans of the most fun casino game.

After a full day of educational sessions on Saturday, Podcasters After Dark returns at 8:30 p.m.. This year’s event will be in the memory of Mark Wojtowicz of the 360Vegas Podcast. Details are still being worked out. Stay tuned for specifics.

LFG!

We’re officially in ZorkFest season. We’ll have plenty more updates as the event gets closer for those of you who love to prepare, and for those of you who may still be on the fence about attending.

Marc grew up on the mean streets of the South Bronx. He's the rare combination of Yankees and Jets fan which explains his often contrarian point of view. He learned about gambling at a young age working down the street from a bookie who took action on anything from the mainstream sports to the last three digits of the purse for certain horse races. Yeah, that's a thing. Today Marc is a freelance writer and social media consultant which allows him to work anywhere there's a wifi signal. This allows him to work from the sportsbook at Red Rock Resort or the food court at The Venetian where you’ll find fast and free wifi. Writing about steak, booze, gambling and Las Vegas is a tough job but somebody has to do it.
