A Las Vegas bachelor party is like no other, simply because Las Vegas is a great place for a bachelor party. Everything you could want to send a groom into marriage is available here.
Inside the city, there are some casino-hotels that offer most bachelor party activities such as lodging, fine dining, entertainment, clubs, spa treatments, and more.
A lot goes into planning a bachelor party, and it can be difficult. Not everyone involved has the same budget, so the best man/planner has to navigate financial differences while sorting everything for the bachelor. (More info on how to make this easier at the end of this article)
Unlike a group Vegas vacation, bachelor parties tend to stick together for all events and activities celebrating the common friend about to get married. This trip isn’t for you — it’s for the bachelor and whatever he wants.
Many times, those with smaller budgets are forced to stay away from the group for financial reasons. While those with ample disposable income might want to treat the bachelor to a luxe sendoff at Wynn or Cosmopolitan, not everyone can afford that.
Those friends might only be able to afford staying at a nearby, less expensive hotel elsewhere. This is inconvenient at best.
Trying to organize multiple bachelor party meetups each day with people spread around Las Vegas can be a pain. It’s easy to get lost in the fever of Vegas on a normal trip, and that’s amplified with a no-holds-barred bachelor party.
I visited Las Vegas for a few bachelor parties before moving here. One time, we lost a friend for 80% of the trip during my first Vegas bachelor party. I won’t go into details, but he was safe and found better company than this crew. Some guys just can’t handle Vegas.
A win for planning a bachelor party is finding a casino hotel with rooms for budgets of all sizes, so everyone can sleep, eat, and party without worrying about getting back to their hotel a few minutes away to freshen up or change. Access and proximity are keys to a successful Las Vegas bachelor party.
MGM Grand is one of those casinos that offers the best of all worlds for guests.

MGM Grand Wide Array Of Hotel Rooms And Suites
We recently shared the history of the MGM Grand room renovations. The property is currently in the middle of upgrading all of its hotel rooms and SKYLOFTS.
MGM Grand has rooms for every bachelor party budget:
- Those on a budget can get a recently renovated entry-level room at an affordable price.
- The guests looking for their own more luxurious respite can step up to one of the various suites.
- Most importantly, there are also extravagant SKYLOFTS with butler service for the bachelor.
Under one roof at MGM Grand, there are new affordable rooms, larger rooms and suites, and massive luxury duplexes with Vegas Strip views.

There are some hotels with most of these lodging options, but few have all. Some might have small, affordable rooms, but nothing posh to celebrate the bachelor in a prime Vegas Strip location. On the other side of the fence, most of the luxury properties don’t have affordable accommodations for those on a budget.
The combination is great for sleeping and partying together in a hotel suite. MGM Grand stands out because there are so many more features fit for a bachelor party.
There are plenty of good restaurants at the MGM Grand. Tom Colicchio’s Craftsteak is one of the best high-end steak houses in Las Vegas, which makes for a great celebration dinner.
During the day, everyone can party in a cabana at the new Palm Tree Beach Club. At night, the action can go inside for a VIP experience at Hakkasan. In addition to dinner between the parties, maybe there’s a concert or fight at the MGM Grand Garden Arena.
Lest we forget, MGM Grand has one of the largest casinos in Las Vegas. If the bachelor is a sports fan, the ground can watch and wager on the games from a skybox in the sportsbook.
VIP + Butler + Concierge Make Vegas Easy for Vegas Bachelor Parties
Reserving a SKYLOFT suite gets VIP access beyond what you might buy or get from an MGM Rewards lower-tier membership or credit card. This is a great way to settle into a Vegas bachelor party.
During the trip, the bachelor will have 24-hour butler service. The crew can take advantage of this service by just hanging out in the suite. You’ll pay for everything unless you have MGM Rewards comps, but the experience will be second to none.
The SKYLOFT reservation also comes with a 24-hour concierge in Las Vegas AND a pre-arrival.
This is a HUGE win for the planner and participants. The concierge can help sort out a lot of the plans for the bachelor party so things are smooth after landing in Las Vegas.
At a bare minimum, the concierge can help with restaurant, show, and spa reservations at the MGM Grand.
It’s great to be able to have one bachelor party spot for everyone and one that can help through any planning issues before and during the trip.

Marc grew up on the mean streets of the South Bronx. He's the rare combination of Yankees and Jets fan which explains his often contrarian point of view. He learned about gambling at a young age working down the street from a bookie who took action on anything from the mainstream sports to the last three digits of the purse for certain horse races. Yeah, that's a thing. Today Marc is a freelance writer and social media consultant which allows him to work anywhere there's a wifi signal. This allows him to work from the sportsbook at Red Rock Resort or the food court at The Venetian where you’ll find fast and free wifi. Writing about steak, booze, gambling and Las Vegas is a tough job but somebody has to do it.
