Heyo! Las Vegas is 115! I’m old enough to remember when the TV show “Las Vegas” celebrated Las Vegas turning 100 (originally and last week). This week’s big “maybe” revolves a lot around whether we are getting closer to Las Vegas Casinos opening.
blackjack Las Vegas
Blackjack is the casino game that people feel the most comfortable playing. The rules are relatively simple. With proper play, the casino’s advantage is less than 1%.
Our destination…the place we could fit the most for the least. That place was the all new Treasure Island at the Mirage. (AKA The OG Encore). And for a splendid night of debauchery, myself and 21 of my peers piled into a room for the night. Buffets and my first slot experience later, Las Vegas became ingrained in me just as it had with my family before me.
Generally, I visit Treasure Island to play blackjack. They promote the casino as having great 3:2 blackjack and they deliver. If you’re looking for good gambling and affordable food and drink the casino is definitely a place that should be on your radar.
If you have played Blackjack for any length of time, I am certain you have heard table mates scolding other players with, “Why did you hit? You ruined it for the table.” It is a very commonly held misbelief that the play of other people at the table has a negative effect on the results for the other players.
