Sunday News had a short break from the action. As a writer, the lack of news was a nice break from the usual week in Las Vegas. However, I knew the following week would be different when I saw a few new rumors shortly after we posted last week. Unlike last week, there’s a lot of news so let’s just get to it.
I look forward to writing Sunday News because there has been something interesting happening every week since TravelZork launched. Having said that, last week might have been the slowest news week in Las Vegas in a while. A few restaurants opened, a new residency launched and I just learned about a new fee to hit Las Vegas.
There are times when I go out to eat and don’t have the intention of writing a review of the experience. Sometimes a nice meal is best kept among the diners. That was the plan when I visited Rx Boiler Room at Mandalay Bay.

As expected last week was a busy news period for Las Vegas. Even if it wasn’t blatant, the Global Gaming Expo (G2E) was the catalyst for a lot of what we learned about casinos during the week. There are a lot of places I could start but I think MGM Resorts is a good place.
