What is TravelZork Travel?
We are a full-service agency that will provide you with VIP service and additional hotel perks at the same price as if you go through an online travel agency or book directly.
We will continue the service even after you’ve booked. We’ll reach out to the sales team at your luxury hotel to make sure that you are treated as a VIP and confirm all special requests, as well as follow up again 1-5 days before you arrive.

TravelZork Luxury Hotel Collection Benefits is a hotel benefit collection offered by various preferred partner programs. These benefits vary by property. Our travelers receive preferred rates at hotels, upgrades upon arrival (based on availability), preferred partner-only amenities (dining or spa credits, special amenities), daily breakfast for two, and early check-in/late checkout. TravelZork Travel coordinates all aspects of your travel experience, confirming amenities and special requests directly with the hotels and resorts.
How Much Can I Save & What Will Be My Benefits?
It depends, but our rates are generally in-line with what you would see if you booked directly. Sometimes the rate offered is similar to other rates online but includes valuable amenities. It is important to make price comparisons when you are reviewing rates. Sometimes we can offer special rates that include free nights, such as buy two nights and get one free.

Can I Collect Points & Miles, And Will My Loyalty Status Apply?
Yes. In most cases, you can earn hotel loyalty points on our Preferred Partner bookings. Please let us know your loyalty status and loyalty status number before booking. The earning of points is always subject to the terms and conditions of the hotel brand and property. We also advocate for high-status (high tier) loyalty program members. We make sure that the property is aware of your status and follow-up with regard to the benefits most important to you, such as upgrades and early/late check-in/out requests.
Do I always get The TravelZork Luxury Hotel Collection Benefits with all hotel bookings?
NO, sometimes we will offer a rate that does NOT include Preferred Partner benefits and amenities. This is often when the Preferred Partner Rate is unavailable or not the best available price (considering the entire reservation) available for your dates. We do this to provide an option. Travel booking is seldom “one program fits all,” and we strive to offer you options that are most cost-effective for your booking request.
We will always tell you upfront what the rate includes.
What Is The Booking Process?
Fill out the Travel Booking Request Form. A travel expert from the TravelZork team will reply to you with a personal email detailing pricing and relevant free benefits.
Can I Cancel My Booking?
Usually, yes. We will always inform you of the cancellation policy upfront.
Like bookings made with other online travel agencies, each rate and rate quote comes with a specific set of terms and conditions. These will be explained before your booking. Currently, most hotel rates for Las Vegas are refundable 72 hours prior to arrival.
What does it cost to use TravelZork Travel?
In most cases (for hotel bookings), nothing. Our pricing and fee structure is straightforward.

We will always do our best to get you rebooked as quickly and efficiently as possible. In extreme circumstances, we will coordinate the refund of your ticket. Unfortunately, Airline Premium Booking Concierge Service Fees are non-refundable if you decide to cancel your ticket(s).
Airline Premium Booking Concierge – Client Initiated Changes
What does this mean? For example, a client asks us to change the dates for their airline ticket because they no longer desire to travel on the dates originally booked.
If the client initiates a change for any type of ticket (i.e., change of dates for holiday/vacation), we charge a flat fee of $50 per ticket to modify and rebook your reservation. A maximum airfare rebooking fee of $150 for a family (up to 5).
Additional Notes On The TravelZork Travel Fee Structure
- There may be other booking fees for airfare, complex airfare, travel planning, and complex travel coordination. We will always advise the client upfront of any additional fees.
- We are looking to implement a TravelZork Travel Loyalty Program (TravelZork Travel Premium) by Q3 of 2022. This program will allow waived booking fees and also waived booking fees for clients who have booked numerous reservations with TravelZork
