Wynn Resorts is a fascinating company with a commitment to luxury as much as profitability. One example is that it was ok losing occupancy to keep room rates high ($500/night!). La Cave at Wynn is a forgotten gem because there are so many great restaurants. It was just renovated. Check it out.
