Boyd Gaming’s B-Connected players club is an interesting form of a national players club. You can earn and use points in 14 casinos from Las Vegas to Indiana. It’s largess is contained mostly to the casino and restaurants owned by Boyd Gaming. B-Connected players club points can be used, with excellent discounts, most at stores and restaurants owned by Boyd Gaming. It’s a good thing for most of the properties that Boyd Gaming owns the majority of shops on their properties.
B-Connected points can be accumulated fairly quickly but only if you’re a gambler. Benefits are awarded and points are accumulated for all tracked slot and table games play, keno, bingo, poker, race track and sports betting (in Nevada only). Las Vegas locals are often offered huge point multipliers to bump those points pretty quickly. For example in celebration of their 40th anniversary some Boyd Gaming casinos in Las Vegas have offer 40x point multiplier days for certain games. Not too shabby if you’re a point collector. Unfortunately these kind of bonuses aren’t offered at every Boyd Gaming property and for every B-Connected player.
Unlike some of the newer players clubs on the Vegas Strip you cannot earn players club points with spending outside of the casino. However, the B-Connected website offers social rewards for sharing information about various properties on social media. This social media connection is unique to B-Connected and is unmatched by any other Las Vegas casino.
Earning Points
You can earn tier points and reward points for all tracked slot machine and table game play as well as keno, bingo, poker, race track and sports bets in Las Vegas. Many of the locals casinos in Las Vegas (Gold Coast, Orleans, Sam’s Town, Suncoast) offer regular multipliers that come in handy if you live near a Boyd Gaming property. Since property locations and tier earning rates aren’t the same you don’t have a single formula for earning players club points.
For example 1,000 slot points may equal $1 in base cash but that number is different if you’re a Ruby card holder versus a Sapphire card holder or an Emerald card holder. You can see the different discounts noted below. B-Connected rules state the following:

Each level includes the benefits from the previous tier level. There isn’t much of a difference between entry level Ruby and middle tier Sapphire. When you reach Emerald you really see additional tier benefits. Boyd Gaming casinos are all considered locals/neighborhood casinos but the top tier of benefits are useful for tourists.
