I have gone to the other gamblin’ hubs like Biloxi, Tunica (RIP), and even Laughlin (RIP…oh wait that was just the general feeling of near death-ness there). The B Bar at the Borgata is the only bar in Atlantic City that still comps top shelf drinks (or any drinks for that matter) for playing video poker or slots on the bar top machines. The beauty of this is that while you are being comped for your drinks, you are also earning comps that can be used for something else, like the $10 entry fee for the Amphora Lounge (if you’ve got a Black Label Card.) The machines also include full pay Jacks or Better!

I was in Atlantic City last week and got snowed in…… and then had the opportunity to stay at Harrah’s Atlantic City for the cost of just the—FEES : $23.71 for the resort fee plus $3.29 tax on that and $5 for the occupancy fee for a total of $32 a night (on a COMP ROOM!)

They’re already available for play, but the “official” debut of the first video-gaming machines in a U.S.-based casino is Nov. 2 at Bally’s Wild Wild West, Caesars and Harrah’s. The premier game, “Danger Arena,” is a first-person action video game in which player skill determines the payout.
