Welcome to a very special birthday edition of Vegas News! This one will be a doozy since it covers most of June and previews a little bit of July.
On Tuesday, I went to a small media gathering at Tuscany for the opening of the new Circa Sports location. Afterward, I saw a couple of friends from Florida for the first time in years. I saw more people in three hours than the entire year to date, and that was just the beginning. Wow, Vegas is packed.
We’re going to start off with a slew of news that happened this week while I was researching coronavirus in Las Vegas. The information that follows is kind of all over the place, but it’s all somehow related to coronavirus.
It looks like we’ll be starting the Vegas news with a weekly COVID-19 update for a while now. As usual, I recommend checking the Nevada Independent for updates if you’d like to see the data on how the virus is impacting the Silver State.
