Borgata Slot Dollars Multiplier Days February 2017
As mentioned in our Atlantic City February 2017 round-up, The Borgata is offering two Slot Dollar Multiplier Days in February: 5X Slot Dollars on Sunday, February 5 and 10X Slot Dollars on Tuesday, February 21. On both days the promotion runs from noon to 7pm. I’ve written about these types of promotions before but there are a lot of changes going on at the Borgata, so I will re-evaluate the situation.
Note :
Five times SLOT DOLLARS® can be earned from Noon – 7PM on 2/5/2017.
Ten times SLOT DOLLARS® can be earned on 2/21/2017 between 12pm and 7pm.

What You Earn
What You EarnYou earn Slot Dollars at .10% of coin in and comps at .20% of coin in, but only the comps will show accumulation on the day of play, so just cut that in half to get your base level of Slot Dollars before the multiplier. You must earn $10 in comps, which would be $5 in Slot Dollars for the multiplier to go into effect.

- 5X Slot Dollars: 99.54 + .5 (.10 x 5) = 100.04%
- 10X Slot Dollars: 99.54 + 1 (.10 x 10) = 100.54%
If you value the comps (I do), then add .20% to the totals above.
The Plan – Multiplier Day
It’s no surprise that the 5X is on a Sunday, which is easier for most people to attend and the 10X is on a Tuesday, but if you can make both days, you can use your Slot Dollars from Feb 5th on the 21st. If you haven’t been to the Borgata in a while or are a new player, then either day would be a good time to establish yourself with as much bankroll as you can allot to it. Who knows what’s going to happen when the My Borgata program makes the full transformation to Mlife? If you like the property and want to continue to go there, this could be an opportunity to work on your rating.
If you’ve recently upgraded to Black Label by showing an elite status card from another casino, this is a chance to build your comp account (necessary for Amphora VIP Lounge access) with less risk. Though, be aware that the casino will be mobbed both days, so you won’t get into the Amphora Lounge without a wait, and then you may lose your favorite machine!
This probably goes without saying but I don’t want you to be uncomfortable. Get there early, wear comfortable, layered clothing and bring water and snacks. No, you’re not hiking into the wilderness, but you never know where there’s going to be a draft or excessive heat and if you’ve scored a machine for the seven hours, you want to keep it. You also don’t want to depend solely on the cocktail servers for water in a crowded casino.
