Welcome to our monthly news, promotions and events for Atlantic City February 2020. The Atlantic City Experience has opened in the newly renovated Boardwalk Hall lobby. Take a trip back to Old Atlantic City with 218 historical items, interactive timelines, memorabilia and more. The exhibit is open to the public weekdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Earn entries through Sunday, Feb. 16, for Golden’s Nugget’s $50,000 President’s Day Weekend Giveaway. The Grand Finale will take place from 5 to 10 p.m. Feb. 16 in the Main Atrium. Ten winners will be randomly selected every 30 minutes to win $500 in free play. Earn one entry for every 25 base tier credits by playing with a 24K Select card at any slot machine or table game through Feb. 16. Earn 5X entries every Sunday and Thursday and 10X entries Friday and Saturday, Feb. 14 and 15. Winners must be present and claim their prizes by 10:30 p.m. at the 24K Select Club or prize is forfeited.

At Art ● Wine ● Dine 2020 on Wednesday, Feb. 12, sample food from Atlantic City Restaurant Week participants, along with spirits, wine and craft beer. Enjoy live music while you talk to local artists and purchase their work. There also will be a silent auction and free parking at Boardwalk Hall. Ladies night
While it’s not an official holiday, two Atlantic casinos are helping friends celebrate Galentine’s Day, Thursday, Feb. 13. At Ocean Casino Resort ladies can enjoy a day of pampering at Exhale Spa + Bathhouse with February specials, dig into Happy Hour specials at American Cut, Distrito or Villain & Saint, shop at The Row, and play virtual games at Topgolf Swing Suite. At Resorts Casino Hotel ladies – or anyone with a Star card – can kick things off by stopping at the Promotions Booth for a complimentary box of chocolates and a chance to win $500 in slot cash, beginning at 9 a.m. Later Bar One will feature exclusive drink specials from 2 to 7 p.m.
More wining
Guests 21 and older can sample more than 100 of the world’s most popular wines at Tropicana Atlantic City’s Wines From Around the World Festival from 2 to 6 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 22, in the Grand Exhibition Center on the fourth floor of the South Tower. Select wines from producers such as Ruffino, Rodney Strong, Kim Crawford, Coppola and Mezzacorona will be available, and attendees can purchase their favorites by the bottle or case. Guests also can enjoy artisan crafters, food available for purchase, and live entertainment by Cheezy and the Crackers. Admission includes a souvenir wine glass. Tickets, $35 in advance and $40 at the door, are available at the Tropicana Box Office and via Ticketmaster. Designated-driver tickets, $10, will be available at the door. The Atlantic City Boat Show takes place Wednesday, Feb. 26, to Sunday, March 1, at the Atlantic City Convention Center.

Golden Nugget’s The Wave features free weekend entertainment. Every Friday it’s Flashback Friday. On Feb. 7 it’s Wanted DOA – Bon Jovi; Feb 14 it’s Who’s Next – The Ultimate Who Tribute Band; on Feb. 21 it’s Bebe Le Strange – Heart Tribute; and on Feb. 28 it’s Kiss The Sky – Jimi Hendrix Tribute Band . On Saturdays, the Wave features cover bands. On Feb. 8 it’s The Rockets; on Feb. 15 it’s Don’t Call Me Francis; on Feb. 22 it’s No Pressure; and on Feb. 29 it’s Kevin Miller’s Smashed.
