Basics Of Betting | US Presidential Election Is Upon Us

The US election is upon us. I’ve been following the betting odds daily and it’s been quite a roller coaster since my last article.
Las Vegas | Exploring Cosmopolitan Comp Drink Monitoring At The Chandelier Bar

It’s amazing how life works sometimes. I’ve been meaning to visit the Cosmopolitan to a) check out the renovated Chandelier Bar and b) see how their comp drink monitoring system worked. Unfortunately, my travels haven’t taken me to the Cosmopolitan. I’ve tested the Caesars Entertainment drink system and the MGM Resorts drink system so I felt compelled to give it a run. It turns out I had a meeting at my favorite bar on the Vegas Strip (Chandelier Bar) this week. This gave me a chance to knock two things out at once. Boom!
Hyatt Elites | Don’t Let Mlife Downgrade You

One of the great perks of Hyatt Gold Passport is their partnership with MGM’s Mlife program. They offer a status match that is very good with Hyatt Diamonds mapping to Mlife Platinum. That’s one notch down from MGM’s, by invitation only, Noir status. There’s a good number of benefits to being Mlife platinum, including lots […]
Sunday News | Vegas Travel, Business, Tech, Sigma Derby And More

Sunday News had a short break from the action. As a writer, the lack of news was a nice break from the usual week in Las Vegas. However, I knew the following week would be different when I saw a few new rumors shortly after we posted last week. Unlike last week, there’s a lot of news so let’s just get to it.
Atlantic City November 2016 | Tattoos, Rodeo, Ballet, Casino Events and More!

During November visitors will have lots to be thankful for – and they don’t even have to wait until Thanksgiving.
They’re already available for play, but the “official” debut of the first video-gaming machines in a U.S.-based casino is Nov. 2 at Bally’s Wild Wild West, Caesars and Harrah’s. The premier game, “Danger Arena,” is a first-person action video game in which player skill determines the payout.
Vegas | Dinner at L’Atelier De Joël Robuchon

I wasn’t feeling that flush, so I slid my mouse over to Robuchon’s other Vegas outpost – L’Atelier De Joël Robuchon. It’s a bit less formal and has 1 Michelin Star. It also features an open kitchen, so you can watch the culinary creations as they come together. I opted for seats at the bar, so my colleague and I could take in the action, and maybe take a few notes to improve our own kitchen skills.
Monaco | A Little High End Gaming At The Casino De Monte Carlo

A trip to the French and Italian Riviera would not be complete without visiting Casino De Monte Carlo in Monaco for some high end gaming.
Sunday News | More Vegas Restaurants and New Vegas Fees For You

I look forward to writing Sunday News because there has been something interesting happening every week since TravelZork launched. Having said that, last week might have been the slowest news week in Las Vegas in a while. A few restaurants opened, a new residency launched and I just learned about a new fee to hit Las Vegas.
Las Vegas | Dinner At Rx Boiler Room Was Over Before It Started (In A Good Way)

There are times when I go out to eat and don’t have the intention of writing a review of the experience. Sometimes a nice meal is best kept among the diners. That was the plan when I visited Rx Boiler Room at Mandalay Bay.
Sunday News | Las Vegas Raiders, Rumors, Restaurants and Shows

Sunday News this week will be a little shorter than usual. I’m dealing with complications of a high toilet and it’s making me cranky this morning. Visit squattypotty.com to understand the issues. Fun fact, I’m sitting by myself at the 3535 Bar at The Linq and laughing out loud as I write this. Anyway, on […]
