Las Vegas | The Lucky Dragon Rises (For Real This Time!)

Lucky Dragon Las Vegas

The Lucky Dragon, the mysteriously intimate property near the now developing corner of Sahara and Las Vegas Boulevard, has teased us with wonderful renderings and beautiful design for quite some time. When I was last in Vegas a few months ago, I snapped a handful of shots showing the progress that had been made, looking as if the hotel tower was topped out and most of the work was now focused on the podium adjacent to the tower which will host most of the amenities and casino of the resort.

Today though comes word that the little hotel that could change the north strip in a far different way than SLS finally has a Grand Opening date. The Lucky Dragon will throw open its doors on December 3rd to the public to finally reveal all of its secrets, and judging by what we’ve seen it could be a game changer to an already transforming area.

One thing is for certain, just as with Wynn Palace, count on the TravelZork team to bring you live coverage of the opening as it happens. We know we can’t wait to see another new hotel open its doors in Las Vegas, and hope you’ll join us for the ride.
