
This is a great weekend to visit Las Vegas if you enjoy being here when the city is full of people just looking for fun. The people watching is fantastic and the people in Las Vegas for the festival are typically just looking for fun. Let’s get to the Las Vegas news from the past week.
The lines at the Mlife desk at the Borgata are back to normal and the courteous and professional staff is forthright with answers to general questions about Mlife at Borgata. Mlife account information may not be current online; especially Points, Tier Credits and Tier Status but they are working on correcting that. It seems to me that the program is unnecessarily complicated but it’s almost identical to My Borgata Rewards except for some extra benefits for higher daily play.

What is Planned for SLS Las Vegas? After just over three years of operations, SLS Las Vegas was sold last week. The casino resort that was built on the bones of the Sahara was sold by Stockbridge Real Estate to the Meruelo Group for an undisclosed amount.

The big news this week is that SLS Las Vegas was sold by Stockbridge to the Meruelo Group. According to the Las Vegas Review-Journal, the deal should become official by the third quarter.
TravelZork has just heard from a reliable source, that players will have 16 MONTHS to renew their Mlife tier status once the transition of My Borgata Rewards to the MGM Mlife Casino Loyalty Program is completed on June 7, 2017.
The Borgata just announced that the full transition from My Borgata Rewards to MGM Mlife casino loyalty program will take place on June 7. What I want to know is this: If players are going to enjoy the same level of recognition and benefits that they enjoyed with My Borgata Rewards, why are the details so vague?
