Tableau at Wynn Las Vegas is back after its refresh… and I’m very happy to report this is still one of my favorite breakfast rooms anywhere at Wynn.
The room feels cleaner, brighter, and a little more dialed-in. There’s more usable table space now, and the waiting/queue flow looks better too, which honestly was needed.

One change people will notice right away: the tiny bar area is gone. It only seated about four people, but it was a very convenient move for solo diners and occasional walk-ins without a reservation. So yes, that is a real loss. Still, if you can get a table by the window or in the conservatory, that experience beats the bar anyway. And for solo breakfast people, Jardin has historically been a very good fallback at Wynn once it reopens.
Food-wise, Tableau now feels a little more intentional. The menu is split more clearly, there are some fun daytime drink options, and the bottomless brunch crowd will notice the Sunshine Sips angle with Prosecco, Mimosas, or Bellinis. There are also signature cocktails on deck now, including an espresso martini called the Daily Grind, which is honestly a pretty great name for this room.

For me, this breakfast was all about what I call eggs on eggs. I had the Eggs A La Coque… Royal Sturgeon caviar, crème fraîche, chives, and brioche soldiers. Perfect bougie breakfast. The plating is whimsical, the little egg holders are fun, the toast is exactly right, and the whole thing works much better than just throwing caviar next to eggs and calling it luxury. This is actually composed. It feels thoughtful.

I started with the Flight of Fresh Juices, had a very dry cappuccino with exactly the kind of foam I like, and added a side of their amazing bacon and avocado with the eggs. Zero regrets. The dry cappuccino was excellent, and the juice flight is one of those little flourishes that makes breakfast here feel like an occasion instead of just a meal.

A few menu things that stood out to me: the Eggs A La Coque is the one if you want that proper bougie moment, the Lox & Bagel looks strong, the Tiramisu French Toast is a very dangerous concept in the best way, and the daytime beverage program clearly has more personality now than before.
Also worth noting: Four Sixes Ranch Steakhouse, which was a very successful pop-up here, is expected to move to a new, larger space at Jardin once that refresh is complete. That makes a lot of sense. It outgrew the “pop-up tucked into Tableau” vibe a while ago.
Overall, Tableau still feels like Tableau… just a little sharper, a little prettier, and a little more operationally polished.
And that matters, because this room has always had something special. The conservatory light, the window tables, the whimsical details, the breakfast energy… it still delivers.
Still one of the best breakfast plays at Wynn Tower Suites.
