Cheap eats
The 2020 Atlantic City Restaurant Week runs Sunday to Friday, March 8 through 13. Participating restaurants offer a multi-course meal for the fixed price of $15.20 for lunch and $35.20 for dinner (not including beverage, tax, and gratuity). As a special treat, join Chef Jose Garces from 7 to 10 p.m. on Friday, March 13, at Ocean Casino Resort’s Amada. Meet the Iron Chef and James Beard Award-winner to learn more about Amada’s menu and take photos. Reservations are required. Click here.
Green without envy
The 35th annual Atlantic City St. Patrick’s Day Parade will take place beginning at 1 p.m. on Saturday, March 14, beginning just north of the Garden Pier and the Boardwalk. Several casinos are offering specials from March 14 through Tuesday, March 17.
Ocean Casino Resort – Kegs + Eggs takes place from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and features foodie favorites from various restaurants throughout the property as well as beer and drink specials. Get a taste of your favorite eggs from participating outlets like Harper’s, Café 500, Topgolf Swing Suite, Pit Boss and Rocco’s Italian Kitchen & Market. Plus, sip on $3 12 oz. drafts of Bud Light and Miller Lite, in addition to bloody mary specials. Ocean will be selling exclusive commemorative Kegs + Eggs t-shirts for $7, with proceeds donated to Ocean Cares. Tickets are $17 – $20 at the door – and include two food coupons and two beer coupons. Purchase tickets at the Ocean Casino Resort Box Office or at TicketMaster, wristbands will be issued at the door in exchange for your ticket.
Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day all weekend long at Villain & Saint, Topgolf Swing Suite, 1927 Lounge + Speakeasy or enjoy a tasty Irish corned beef sandwich at the Seaside Deli.
Resorts Casino Hotel – After the parade enjoy all-day drink specials at Bar One and DraftKings Sportsbook, including $3 Guinness bottles, $5 Jameson whiskey, $8 Jameson Car Bombs. DraftKings Sportsbook also will be hosting a special Stein Hoisting Competition from 2 to 6 p.m. Hold up a traditional German stein filled with beer the longest for your chance to win a $50 food and beverage credit at DraftKings Sportsbook. Hoisting sessions will take place every 30 minutes.
On St. Patrick’s Day, celebrate with food and drink specials throughout the property all day long. Breadsticks Bar & Grill is offering St. Patrick’s Day-themed menus for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Bar One and DraftKings Sportsbook will feature $3 Guinness bottles, $5 Jameson whiskey, $8 Jameson Car Bombs, plus live DJ entertainment at Bar One.
St. Patrick’s Day Cash Dash Giveaway
In addition to these festivities guests also can try their luck with the St. Patrick’s Day Cash Dash Giveaway from 2 to 8 p.m. Guests who use their Star Card while playing their favorite slots or table games are automatically entered to win, when one player is randomly selected every 30 minutes. Winners have the chance to grab a swirling whirlwind of slot cash or match play, and one bill in the Cash Dash is valued at $500. Details are available at the Promotions Booth.
March Madness
Beginning Thursday, March 19, guests can watch their favorite college basketball teams while treating themselves to food and drink specials at bars and restaurants throughout Resorts Casino Hotel. At the DraftKings Sportsbook food and drink specials $3 Pabst Blue Ribbon 12oz cans, $49 Samuel Adams ’76 Beer Towers and $5 foot-long hot dogs. At Landshark Bar & Grill, buckets of five Miller Lite or Coors Light lagers are $20 each. Gallagher’s Burger Bar has $2 Bud Light and Shock Top Drafts, Michelob Ultra, and Budweiser and Bud Light bottles. Drink specials at Bar One include $4 domestic and import drafts, and $8 well drinks.
Ocean Casino Resort also has lots of options and specials. Ocean’s William Hill Sportsbook is the centerpiece, but viewing parties also will take place at The Den, Topgolf Swing Suite, Villain & Saint, and High Water Wine Bar, which overlooks the Sportsbook.

Spa specials
Hard Rock’s Rock Spa & Salon is offering specials – Monday to Thursday only – through Tuesday, March 31. For $95 get a 50-minute “Lucky Day” massage or a “Gone Green” facial ($135 for 80 minutes). Other specials include a 50-minute mani/pedi combo or Milbon deep conditioning treatment for $65, and 20 percent off Hi/Lo Lites starting at $90. Call 609-449-1000.
Meanwhile, over at Ocean Casino Resort’s Exhale Spa + Bathhouse, rejuvenate and relax with the following 50-minute $99 March spa specials.:
Fusion Massage – A Swedish-based massage, it can be customized with your choice of an uplifting, detoxifying, or relaxing herbal blend. Make it a 100-minute massage by booking two massages back-to-back.
True Facial – A thorough cleansing and application of a custom enzyme exfoliation perfectly preps the skin for complexion detox. Careful extractions and then a soothing mask, selected specifically for your skin type is applied.
Available only on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, these specials cannot be combined with any other offers or discounted therapies. There is a limit of one discount per therapy., and comp dollars cannot be used on promotions or discounted therapies.

Broadway on the Boardwalk
Hard Rock’s first production in its trio of Broadway musicals, Jim Steinman’s Bat Out of Hell: The Musical, opens Friday, March 27, and continues through Sunday, April 5. For tickets, visit Ticketmaster.
Free entertainment
Golden Nugget’s The Wave features free weekend entertainment. Thursdays from 4 to 8 p.m. Jerry Blavat hosts Geater Gold Dance Parties. Every Friday it’s Flashback Friday. On March 6: The Prince Project, a tribute to Prince; March 13: Kashmir, a tribute to Led Zeppelin; March 20: Tuesday’s Gone, a tribute to Lynyrd Skynyrd; March 27: New York’s Finest, a tribute to The Police; April 3: Queen Flash, a tribute to Queen.
