Saturday, January 25th, is going to be a busy day in Atlantic City with food and beverage options such as Wing Wars at Golden Nugget and Ocean Casino Resort’s Brews + Bites. If eating or drinking isn’t your thing, entertainment options include Marc Anthony at Hard Rock or reality TV stars Snooki and Joey at Harrah’s.
Winging it
Wing Wars IV takes place at 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 25, in the Grand Ballroom at Golden Nugget. Tickets are $30 for general admission, which includes unlimited wings and dipping sauces from 21 restaurants, plus live music from Quasimodo’s Bride, drink specials, contests and more. A limited supply of VIP tickets is available for $45. VIP tickets come with a special gift and one hour early entry to the event. For more information click here.

Leave the driving to them
Boardwalk Hall will host the Indoor Auto Racing Championship, Friday and Saturday, Jan. 31 and Feb. 1. These two days of racing are highlighted by the running of the 16th annual TQ Midget Gambler’s Classic on Saturday night. Last year’s thriller ended in a photo finish between Erick Rudolph of Ransomville, N.Y., and Zane Zeiner of Bath, Pa. Rudolph won by inches, claiming his third victory in this prestigious race.

Golden Nugget’s The Wave features free weekend entertainment. Every Friday it’s Flashback Friday. On Jan. 10: The B Street Band, a tribute to Bruce Springsteen, Jan. 17: Beginnings, a tribute to Chicago, Jan. 24: BowieLive, a tribute to David Bowie, and Jan. 31: Mullett: a tribute to Hair Bands. Another Atlantic City January 2020 entertainment option at Tropicana is Atlantic City’s only IMAX® Theatre. Moviegoers receive a discounted parking rate of $5 to park in the enclosed Tropicana self-park garage, but first must obtain a parking voucher from the IMAX Box Office at the time of ticket purchase.
