
It’s the Year of the Rooster! The Palazzo decked out their atrium to celebrate the Chinese New Year. This big guy is huge and quite a sight. I prefer the display from the previous Year of the Rooster display.

Momofuku Las Vegas opened with very little fanfare this week at Cosmopolitan. A friend was walking past it on his way to pay final respects to Blue Ribbon Sushi and saw that it was open. He immediately made a reservation for the next day.

This week we begin our look at one of the best and most exciting casino gaming resorts in the United States, Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa. The hotel is composed of two properties The Borgata and The Water Club Hotel at Borgata. While the marketing and promotional materials might tell a different story, there is still a very intense focus on casino gaming at Borgata.
But after a lengthy amount of time since opening, no one is really talking about the W at the SLS. While friends will always rave of the latest hotel openings, experiences and the like, no one in my direct contact has mentioned more than a whisper or two about the W.
